1. Install the eSIM

   Before Installation

   • Install the eSIM shortly before travel unless your plan states otherwise.
   • Make sure your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
   • Confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

   Step 1: Install the eSIM

   One-Click Install:
   If available, open your booking/order and tap Install eSIM.

   QR Code / Manual Install:
   Scan the QR code provided with your order. If needed, enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code manually.

   iPhone: Settings → Cellular/Mobile Service → Add eSIM
   Android: Settings → Network & Internet / SIM Manager → Add eSIM

   Step 2: Activate at Your Destination

   1. Turn the eSIM On.
   2. Set it as the Mobile Data SIM.
   3. Turn on Data Roaming.
   4. Wait a few minutes for the network to connect.

   If Internet Does Not Work

   Check the APN settings:

   iPhone: Cellular/Mobile Service → eSIM → Cellular Data Network
   Android: Mobile Network → eSIM → Access Point Names (APN)

   Enter the APN provided with your eSIM plan, save the settings, and restart your device.

   Note: Installation steps, APN details, and activation timing may vary by country, operator, and eSIM plan.

2. Follow the activation guidance

   Step 1: Install the eSIM

   Method A: One-Click Installation (Recommended)
   If your order includes a one-click install option, open your booking/order and tap Install eSIM, then follow the on-screen instructions.

   Method B: QR Code or Manual Installation
   Scan the QR code provided with your eSIM order. If scanning is not possible, manually enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code.

   iPhone:
   Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM

   Android:
   Settings → Network & Internet / SIM Manager → Add SIM / Add eSIM

   Step 2: Activate at Your Destination

   1. Enable the eSIM in your device settings.
   2. Set the eSIM as your Mobile Data SIM.
   3. Disable mobile data on your primary SIM if needed to avoid roaming charges.
   4. Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM.
   5. Wait 1–3 minutes for the device to connect to the local network.

   Troubleshooting: APN Settings

   If you cannot access the internet or use hotspot sharing, you may need to configure the APN manually.

   iPhone:
   Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Select eSIM → Cellular Data Network

   Android:
